All sessions include a re-mineralizing foot soak in a copper basin during each pre-treatment consultation (allow for an additional 5 to 10 minutes). Your treatment time is fully a time for you to be treated.

As a spa practitioner I believe in the ability of our body to promote healing by taking the time to fully relax and unwind.

I was first trained in skincare while working for a naturopath in Calgary back in 2009. I loved the results and noticed immediate changes, in not only my own skin but for our clients as well, sparking a lifelong passion for spa therapy. In 2010, I graduated with a Massage Therapy Diploma in Calgary and have worked for various spas while registered in Alberta. I also had an opportunity to be a part of the team at some beautiful BC resort spas before starting my own practice here in the Cowichan Valley.

I love providing relaxation-based treatments that deliver therapeutic effects; then working together to create a self-care home routine to keep you feeling fabulous each day in-between!
